Christmas Fayre 2018 & Upcoming Fundraising Concert

The Parish celebrated it’s annual Christmas Fayre on First Sunday of Advent: December 2, 2018.Thank you to all who participated and for your generous donations. Congratulations to Fr. Simon who won the Hornby Prize!

Don’t forget to visit the Shrine of St Augustine and National Pugin Centre on Saturday December 8th 2018 for the Cantate Chamber Choir’s Christmas concert! The concert is to help raise funding for music at the shrine, organised by Ben Scott, the shrine’s music leader and organist. It’s the last concert of the year, entry per person is £10. There will be wine and catering, please join us as we would love to see you there!

Fr Marcus Holden’s Induction Ceremony

Our former Parish Priest, Fr. Marcus Holden celebrated his induction as the new Parish Priest of St. Bede’s Clapham Park on November 26th. Many of our parishioner’s went to celebrate and visit. Our new Parish Priest, Fr Christopher Basden is from St. Bede’s and will be here in January 2019. We are very excited and look forward to meeting him. Thank you Fr. Marcus for the time you’ve shared with us here in the Catholic Parish of Ramsgate and Minster as our shepherd from 2010-2018 and as 1st Rector of The Shrine of St Augustine.
